Return Policy

Return i applicable under following curcumstances:

• Returns must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. This can be done via email [email protected]  with email being the preferred method.
  
  
• Items that have had their original packaging or foil removed, that have been used, or no longer have their original packaging are not eligible for return. Likewise, all products that do not have a factory-applied foil/sealing are excluded from returns. Defective products must be unused and in their original packaging.
   
• Returns that do not comply with the above provisions will not be accepted by us. Opened or used items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds or exchanges will only take place after receipt and inspection of the returned items. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

The return shipment must be sent at the customer’s expense and risk to the following address:

For defective products or incorrect deliveries, the company will bear the return shipping costs and handle any shipments lost or damaged if it's not the customer's fault.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Returns must be received within 14 days of notifying us. Returns received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

In case of disputes, Swiss law applies, and the place of jurisdiction is our registered office in Weite, Switzerland.

Our return policy may be subject to change, but the terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply.
