Terms and Conditions (GTC) - Aroma Elegance GmbH (D&P Perfumum)

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers via the Aroma Elegance GmbH (D&P Perfumum) online shop. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order. A contract is concluded when we confirm the dispatch of the goods via email or at the latest upon delivery of the goods.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT. Shipping fees are added to the order total where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of the order will apply.

We accept the following payment methods enabled through the most secure payment platforms (STRIPE and PayPal):

  • Credit Cards (MasterCard, VISA)
  • PayPal
  • TWINT (will be available soon)

3. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver via Swiss Post to addresses within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate of 9 CHF applies to all orders if sub-total value of purchase is less than 50 CHF.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate of 0 CHF (free transport) applies to all orders if sub-total value of purchase is greater than 50 CHF.
  • Large Quantities: For orders exceeding 10 items, please contact our customer support via [email protected] to discuss shipping costs and delivery options.

We aim to dispatch orders within [insert standard delivery time, e.g., "2-3 business days"]. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by Swiss Post or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

4. Order Restrictions

Our website is intended for personal use only, and the maximum quantity allowed per product is 10 units. If you require more than 10 units, please contact customer support at [email protected].

5. Returns and Refunds

Products can be returned under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered. For defective products or incorrect deliveries, the company will bear the return shipping costs and handle any shipments lost or damaged if it's not the customer's fault.

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 14 days.

6. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. The defective product must be returned before a replacement or refund is issued. Please refer to our Warranty Information for more details.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for minor variations in product packaging, color, or other non-essential features that do not affect the quality of the product.

8. Ownership

Ownership of the goods remains with Aroma Elegance GmbH until full payment has been received.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to Swiss law, and the place of jurisdiction is Weite, Switzerland.
